8 townhomes that actually fit the neighborhood. Everybody said you couldn't make modern work with Victorian neighbors, but here we are. Solar panels hidden in the roofline, too.

The Sterling Building
This 1920s warehouse was falling apart when we found it. Spent two years bringing back the original brick and timber while sneaking in geothermal heating. The heritage committee loved it.

Junction Commons
Retail on the ground, offices above, and apartments on top. The trick was making sure everyone got enough natural light without the building looking like a giant glass box.

Lakeshore Eco-Home
Client wanted net-zero energy and didn't want to sacrifice style. We pulled it off with passive solar design and a green roof that the neighbors keep asking about.

Harbourfront Culinary Centre
A cooking school and restaurant rolled into one. The challenge was creating spaces that could flip between teaching mode and dinner service without feeling awkward.

Turned an abandoned parking lot into a public gathering spot with permeable paving, native plants, and seating that doesn't make you feel like you're sitting in a waiting room.

Converting a decommissioned church into a community hub meant respecting the architecture while making it work for everything from yoga classes to art shows.

Innovation District Tower
18 floors of office space designed around collaboration. We added outdoor terraces every 3 floors because people need to step outside and think sometimes, y'know?

Queen West Live-Work Spaces
Artists and small business owners needed affordable space that could be both home and studio. We fit 24 units on a narrow lot everybody thought was too small to develop.

Midtown Gardens Apartments
Convinced the developer to ditch half the parking spaces for community gardens and a playground. Turned out people wanted green space more than they wanted car storage.

Portlands Waterfront Trail
3.5km of waterfront that was basically just industrial wasteland. Now it's a trail system with lookout points, wetland restoration, and spots where you can actually get down to the water.
